A woman is praised for taking petty revenge on her “entitled” neighbor who complains about everything she does. The 38-year-old explained how she moved into a rental home and quickly discovered her new neighbors were ‘problematic’.

While they spend all their time outside on the porch, they watch the movements of their neighbors all day long, assessing their daily lives. On Reddit, she said, “Since I moved in a year ago, my neighbors have been nothing but annoying and rude to me.”

“They used to live in my house and now live in the house right next to it. Our street is a row of semi-detached townhouses. We share a wall, the front garden and a veranda with a small dividing wall. They spend most of the year on their veranda. From morning to evening they are always there.’

“They did a lot of nasty things, some downright rude, others I should have called in, and I had to install a camera due to theft which I can’t say if they are or not but I strongly suspect I found out when I started meeting people.’ Other neighbors don’t like them either.

The final straw, however, came when she took out her trash after a “big spring clean,” leaving it on her porch before putting it in the trash at 6:45 a.m. the next day. She added, “Garbage day is Tuesday at the crack of dawn. Except we’ve also had a skunk/coyote problem and all three bags won’t fit in my trash can. One has to stay out.”

“So I leave the bags on my porch near the steps in the late afternoon so they’re ready and I can take them out the next morning at 6:45 a.m. I leave to run errands. About 15 minutes later I’m in the store receives text messages from the other neighbors.”
