Karol G transforms into a stunning fairy queen for her Met Gala debut

Carol G sent shockwaves through the Met Gala with her transformation into fairytale kings.

On Monday evening, May 6, the Colombian bombshell arrived on the red carpet covered in crystals, platinum blonde hair and prosthetic ears that completed her fairytale look. During her stop on Vogue’s livestream, she told hosts Ashley Graham and Gwendolyn Christie the inspiration behind her dazzling look, designed by Marc Jacobs.

“I think this was the perfect opportunity for me to express how much I love fairies, dreamy vibes and fantasies,” explains Karol G. “This was the look I wanted to go for.”

Her debut at the Met Gala comes after a year of success with her recent album Mañana Sera Bonito. Her fourth studio album includes hits such as “TQG”. Shakira“Gatúbela” with Maldy and her big hit ‘Provenza’. The album contains a total of 17 songs, including collaborations with Romeo Santos, See, Sean Paul, Jay Quiles and much more.
