Today’s announcement of the P-SERIES by Doosan Robotics was marked by the unveiling of the new on the show floor P3020 – the world’s most powerful palletizing cobot available. The P3020 offers a payload of 30 kg (60 lbs) and a reach of 2,030 mm (80 inches), making it possible to palletize from floor to floor. 2m high (stacking up to 10 layers of boxes approximately 20 cm high) using the simple fixed base without a lift.

Doosan Robotics has successfully dominated the market for high payload cobots in the 20 kg and above range, including advanced palletizing solutions. Since launching the H-SERIES in 2022, Doosan Robotics has attracted major global customers such as Schiphol Airport and Wacker Korea, significantly increasing its global market share by 72%. This year, with the introduction of the P-SERIES, the cobot with the highest payload and range to date, expectations will exceed previous performances.

Additional key features of the P-SERIES cobot series include lower energy consumption compared to comparable payload cobots by utilizing the built-in gravity compensation mechanism, inherent wrist singularity-free, and a 5-degree freedom of movement with the 4th axis removed and 6th axis speed increased to 360 degrees/second. Doosan Robotics’ continued priority for optimal safety in all its solutions is also fully present in the new P3020. This includes achieving the highest PL(e) and Cat 4 safety ratings to ensure both a maximum powered and maximum safety experience for users.
