This year, District To download weekend ticket holders Wednesday June 12. With secret acoustic band sets (to be announced on the day itself), live podcasts, DJ sets and entertainment from, among others Bowling For Soup, Charlie Simpson (Busted), Those Damn Crows, Sullivan King, Emo Drag Karaoke, End Of The World Party and dozens more throughout the weekend, there really is something for everyone.

American DJ and heavy metal musician Sullivan Kingknown for his work in the EDM world and collaborations with Atreyu, Papa Roach, Ice Nine Kills and more, will make his first UK performance at To downloadbringing his unique mix of EDM and heavy metal to District Captured legend Charlie Simpson will also take the stage for a guest DJ set Bowling for soupwho will provide an acoustic performance.

End of the world party will host their first-ever alternative collaboration, where Downloaders can request all the songs they would want to hear if it were their last day on earth, culminating in an epic countdown and big party. HE. SHE. SHE. x Monster Queen will collaborate to host an immersive industrial, goth, rave and drag performance experience for the first time ever To downloadand DJ collective They, they press play will be there to stand up for women and minority genders. Elsewhere, Gemstone precious presents the Stone Festival Ravingand the Silent disco organizes DJ battles with Rhinestone Rodeo, Y’Allternative, Team Up, Fat Lip, Girl Power Rock Club, Face Down, Uprawr and much more.

Number Of The Beef plays covers of the Grand Theft Auto San Andreas soundtrack and a marching band Old dirty brasstards plays pop punk and metal covers. Sailors of the pasta twenty-piece sea shanty party band, plays their ‘Power Set’, with hits from Metallica and AC/DC, among others.

Elsewhere, Oh my God! It’s the church will bring their comedic southern-style church service with live band, dancers and preacher frontman to the hallowed grounds of Donington for the first time, as will Andrew O’Neill’s history of heavy metala unique show by the metalhead comedian and author.

After the success of last year’s live podcasts, Sappenin’ podcast will return with special guests Alex Baker (Kerrang! Radio, Magic FM, Absolute Radio) And Alyx Holcombe (BBC Radio 1, Kerrang! Radio)And Those damn crows not only play in the main arena, but also perform their podcast – Crowcast – to District X.

For the Mini Moshers there is great children’s entertainment, with Kill Duggee, a heavy metal band for kids, that teaches the mini moshers how to circle pit, mosh and more. They play covers of children’s songs and TV theme tunes, including Baby Shark. Rock children will come back to To download for the second time and promise to bring just as much fun as last year when they did a wall of hugs and shot everyone with a snow machine.
