3 minutes agoSan Francisco Giants third baseman Matt Chapman (undisclosed) was still a contender late Wednesday night. MLB.com’s Maria I. Guardado reported that the 31-year-old infielder has been removed from the starting nine for an undisclosed reason. Fantasy managers should keep an eye out for any updates on the slugging third baseman after Wednesday’s game. As a result, infielder Tyler Fitzgerald will enter the lineup and cover at shortstop, while Brett Wisely will move to the hot corner. Chapman has been swinging a hot bat in recent days, hitting a whopping .346 AVG and .654 SLG. Fitzgerald and Wisely will face Arizona right-hander Zac Gallen, who allowed five runs in his previous start and has a disappointing 3.87 ERA this summer.Andy Smith – RotoBaller
