How to watch Orlando Magic at Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday, November 1
CLEVELAND – The Orlando Magic’s five-game road trip continues Friday night when they take on the Cleveland Cavaliers. The first game between the two teams since last season’s seven-game playoff series in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs is scheduled for a 7:00 PM ET tipoff at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
Coming off a painful loss to the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night, Orlando begins its road trip. Paolo Banchero scored 31 points, but suffered from right abdominal pain. He, Franz Wagner and Goga Bitadze are all on the Magic’s injury report for the game.
Cleveland is among the class of the East so far and hasn’t lost a game yet this season. During their most recent timeout, the Cavaliers defeated the Los Angeles Lakers by 24 points, spoiling LeBron and Bronny James’ return home.

Jamahl Mosley, Orlando Magic: Mosley tipped off his fourth NBA season as a head coach this season, all with the Magic. He is 106-145 all-time in the regular season and 3-4 in the playoffs. Before being named the Magic’s head coach, Mosley was an assistant at Dallas, Cleveland and Denver. He is a Colorado alum and played professional basketball for four years in Mexico, Australia, Finland and South Korea.
Kenny Atkinson, Cleveland Cavaliers: Atkinson took over the Cavaliers this summer after JB Bickerstaff was fired following Cleveland’s second-round loss to the Boston Celtics. Atkinson previously served as an assistant at Golden State, Atlanta and New York, and also spent four seasons as head coach of the Brooklyn Nets. Atkinson, a former standout at the University of Richmond, had a 14-year playing career overseas.
