DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) – Ahead of the 80th National Peanut Festival, the deadline to purchase a mega pass has been extended, according to the festival’s Facebook account.
Originally, fairgoers had until the end of October 31 to get a mega pass, but the Fairgrounds extended that time until 11 a.m. on November 11.
If you would like to purchase a Mega Pass, you must do so online at the Peanut Festival website.
Mega Passes cost $30 and include gate access, unlimited rides and concert admission and can be used once per day.
Gates open at 4pm on Friday to kick off the festival with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 6pm at the main entrance
