‘Hello, Love, Again’ grossed $85 million on its first day
Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards’ The film “Hello, Love, Again” achieved a record P85 million gross on its first day, which is the highest opening gross for a local film to date.
The film, the sequel to the 2019 blockbuster ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye,’ reportedly premiered in more than 600 local theaters on Wednesday, November 13.
“What a beautiful day!” Bernardo exclaimed in an interview on “TV Patrol.” “Our hearts ngayon siguro punong-puno lang siya ng joy literally.” (Our hearts are literally filled with joy right now.)
“We are very happy. Parang lahat ng pagod namin (all our sacrifices) of all the things we did… Lahat (it was all) worth it,” Richards said for his part.
In the announcements shared via its Instagram page, Star Cinema shared that “Hello, Love, Again” will also be shown in cinemas in the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, among others.

“Hello, Love, Again” continues the love and life story of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) Joy (Bernardo) and Ethan (Richards). The film stars Joross Gamboa, Jennica Garcia, Valerie Concepcion, Ruby Rodriguez, Kevin Kreider, Jeffrey Tam and Jameson Blake.
