Kevin Owens responds to Nick Aldis and says he is being punished for doing his job
Kevin Owens has responded on social media to his attack on Randy Orton on the November 8 episode of WWE SmackDown.
After being absent from the November 15 episode of WWE SmackDown, Owens posted a video on social media explaining why. In it, he said it is becoming “increasingly difficult” to do his job, and that he is not to blame. Owens said he was rejected for doing what he did to Orton.
About Orton, Kevin Owens said he didn’t want to fight him at all. However, he noted that Randy demanded the match. All he did, Owens said, was show up and do his job. He said he was trying to warn Triple H of what was about to happen. Owens claimed it’s not fair that he’s being punished for it.
Kevin Owens then said he would be on the November 22 episode of WWE SmackDown. Owens said he would show up. He also made it clear that no matter what happens, he will continue to do his job.
WWE later confirmed that Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes will meet in person on the November 22 episode of WWE SmackDown.
