Michael Irvin has his preference for who the Dallas Cowboys should hire as their next head coach.
During the pre-show for the Jake Paul-Mike Tyson fight, the former Dallas Cowboys standout appeared alongside Cowboys owner Jerry Jones at AT&T Stadium. During the interview, Irvin hinted at the fact that he would be talking to Jones about current Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders.
“Everyone loves Mike (Tyson), but everyone also loves and respects Jake (Paul) for what he’s done here,” Irvin said during the broadcast, according to ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio. “To have the ability to not take the normal route and still end up here. You give him respect. I give him respect like I give my great guy Deion Sanders, who didn’t take the normal route. Who I’m going We will have it in Jerry’s ear later. That’s just another thing we’re talking about.”
