D-Von Dudley says he would ‘love to take a shot’ at being part of WWE’s Triple H era

D-Von Dudley is interested in potentially being part of the new era of WWE.

WWE Hall of Famer D-Von Dudley had a long career in the ring. He then spent several years with WWE as a producer. In January 2023, he announced that he was leaving the company. D-Von appeared on both nights of the 2024 WWE Draft as he and Bubba Ray Dudley presented some of the draft picks.

Speaking to Simon Miller for WhatCulture Wrestling, D-Von Dudley discussed his long career in wrestling. Miller noted that Dudley had worked everywhere, and he worked behind the scenes in WWE, so he had seen it from every perspective.

“Yes, but I didn’t do the Triple H era. I’ve lived through the Vince era, but I’d like to take a stab at…maybe even the Triple H era, so to speak. You never know. I had fun when I was there, even during the Vince era. At times it was extremely stressful, but we got through it and did what we had to do. But I never just got the chance to feel that new era,’ Dudley said.

Dudley was then asked if he would return to WWE, and if there was an opportunity for him to do so. He noted that if an opportunity presented itself, he would listen. Dudley also said he had no beef with Dudley.

“It’s an opportunity that, if it arises, so be it. I’m not going to sit here and not listen and make a business decision. There is no problem on my part with WWE. I went on Twitter and I announced that: I had fun with everyone I worked with, whether it was in the ring or out, I didn’t have any problems with management or anything. Dudley said.
