Solo Leveling: Arise Weapon Level List (May 2024)

The first thing you choose in Solo Leveling: Arise is characters, and that’s fine. However, once you have all the weapons you want, your next goal is to min-max weapons. To help you avoid bad investments, here is the final version Solo Leveling: Arise weapon level list.

Solo Leveling: Arise Player Weapon Level List

The most important ranking factors for player weapons are how easy they are to obtain and how good their skills are. This means that even an R weapon can appear at a higher level. So let’s first take a look at the level list of all player weapons in Solo Leveling: Arise.

Player weapon summaries

S+ level

  • Demonic Plum Flower Sword (SSR): Extremely easy to use and great DPS. The best and most beginner-friendly weapon in the game.
  • Moon shadow (SSR) (New): Insane burst potential and an excellent all-around weapon. However, the Plum Sword still performs a little bit better.
  • Shadow Scythe (SSR): Lifesteal + great DPS. The move set is also nice, making it easy to clear packs.
  • De Jager (SSR): Works very well with its passive components. The best ranged weapon in Solo Leveling Stand up, and the break on it is just ridiculous.
  • West Wind (SR): The best ranged DPS SR weapon on this SLA tier list. Every passive skill is an upgrade, and this one scales very well with additional crits. Use these until you can upgrade SSR weapons.

S level

  • The Demon King’s Longsword (SSR): You must counter attacks for this weapon to work properly. It has a high skill ceiling, but the rewards are just too good.
  • Orb of Greed (SR): Another firearm with high damage, but this weapon has poor scaling. It is excellent for early/mid game.
  • Theti’s Grimoire (SSR): I was so wrong about this until I reached the next level content. At first the passive aspects are irrelevant as you will mostly be doing things in one go, but later on, especially once you get it to 5 stars, the damage it deals is insane and the interrupt is extremely useful against bosses.

A level

  • Baruka’s dagger (SR): The best melee DPS SR weapon in Solo Leveling Arise. Changes the special ability at 1 star to make it more versatile, and at 5 stars you get a 40% increase in Crit rate for 5 seconds after performing a back attack.
  • Black Hawk (SR): Boosts your QTE skills when using the special attack. Also gets damage boosts if you can perform perfect dodges. The better you are, the stronger this weapon is.
  • Burning Demon’s Grimoire (SR): One of the best non-SSR firearms. Great stats and passive abilities, and it scales very well when you invest in mana.
  • Kasaka’s Venom Fang (SR): Gains 30% total interrupt chance on nuclear attacks at 1 star. Also applies really strong DoT.
  • Longbow of Radiru Family (SR): It takes time to power up, just like Knight Killer, but it just does more damage by default.
  • Vulcan’s Rage (SSR): Benefits greatly from an upgrade and has high AoE burst damage. However, other SSRs are simply better.

B level

  • Demon Knight’s Spear (SR): The passive actually works really well on this thing. However, you have better SR options.
  • Knightslayer (SR): DPS looks great on paper, but it takes time to ramp up, and chances are you’ll kill the enemies before it reaches its full potential.
  • Shiny Dragon Sword (SR): The best passive skill is 5 stars, making it a fairly poor investment.
  • Naga Guardian Dragon’s Trident (SR): Solid DPS and AoE, but requires you to actually be in melee. You have better options than this regarding SR weapons.
  • Orc’s broadsword (SR): Has really good passive features, but you need 5 stars to be really good, hence the low ranking.

C level

  • Dragonscale broadsword (SR): Man of all things, master of none. It has okay AoE, single-target DPS and improvements, but doesn’t excel at any of them.
  • Freezing Falchion (SR): At 3 stars you can double the special ability that interrupts enemies. Great general utility weapon, but that’s all it is.
  • Rock Golem Hammer (SR): Good defensive weapon if you are the tank, especially at 1 star. However, with all the good tanks in the game, it is quite wasteful to use it.

D level

  • Rare weapons are just rare weapons. You’ll get plenty of them, and none compare to SR/SSRs. So save them.

Solo Leveling: Arise Hunter Weapon Level List

The ranking of exclusive fighter weapons is such that the more they improve good fighters, the higher they rank (mediocre weapons for already bad characters are then simply bad investments). With that in mind, here is the list of all fighter weapons in Solo Leveling: Arise.

Hunter weapon level list

Rank Hunters
S+ Unparalleled courage, night thoughts, interception
S Equal exchange, solid logic, eternal slumber
a Oppressed tiger soul, on another level, an open hand, crying tiger soul
b Steel bow, steel dagger, ancient grimoire, essence of magic
c Steel longsword, steel staff, steel shield, bow, shield, dagger
D Steel axe

Hunter weapon summaries

S+ level

  • Unparalleled Courage (SSR) – These make SEO even more OP. If you can give both this and her 5 stars, she is by far the best DPS in the game.
  • Night thoughts (SSR) – Amazing damage increase for Emma. You’ll want to upgrade this weapon and the SEO weapon as quickly as possible.
  • Interception (SSR) – The attack speed boost you get with this weapon is insanely good for Tae Gyu. Again, you won’t see its true power until you get it up to 5 stars.

S level

  • Equivalent Exchange (SSR) – Stats increase for Choi Jong In and defense fragments for enemies. Pretty solid overall.
  • Solid Logic (SSR) – Read its effect as a straight 10% increase in the number of criticisms for all group members at 5 stars. It makes Bora more viable.
  • Eternal Slumber (SSR) – Typo in the item description at this point, but a good overall support weapon for Byung Gu. Excellent if you can get it to the max.

A level

  • Suppressed White Tiger’s Soul (SSR) – Considering how strong Yoonho is by default, these gloves don’t buff him that much.
  • On another level (SSR) – Greatly strengthens Woo Jinchul and actually turns him into a playable character. However, you will have to invest a lot in the weapon and in him to get there.
  • An open hand (SSR) – The effect looks very nice on paper. But Dongsoo is kind of trash, so there’s not much reason to go for this.
  • Howling White Tiger Soul (SSR) (New) – Suicidal weapon for a suicidal character. It shouldn’t be your priority in the first place.

B level

  • Steel arch (SR) – 24% increase in critical damage. Good for DPS characters. Together with the Steel Dagger, the best SR weapon on this SLA tier list.
  • Steel dagger (SR) – Depending on how much criticism you pile on, it could be better or worse than the arc.
  • Ancient Grimoire (SR) – Improved Essence of Magic.
  • Essence of Magic (R) – Probably the best R fighter weapon due to the increase in power meter regeneration.

C level

  • Steel longsword (SR) – A bit better than the regular sword, but still crap.
  • Steel Rod (SR) – This weapon would be good if you could use QTEs as a basic attack.
  • Steel shield (SR) – A small upgrade over the R-shield.
  • Arc (R) – The critical damage increase is nice if you don’t have better weapons.
  • Shield (R) – Good in tanks if you have nothing better.
  • Dagger (R) – Basic attack damage increases.

D level

  • Steel ax (SR) – Same as the axe.
  • Sword (R) – Absolutely useless.
  • Ax (R) – Increase in nuclear attack damage. If only you could spam it more to make this worth it.
  • Staff (R) – Absolutely useless.
