Kidd G Headlines 2024 season from Friday after 5 in Owensboro

The 2024 season of Friday After 5 is starting to take shape and there is exciting news to share. One of the headliners this year is Kidd G!

The newest season of Friday After 5 kicks off on Friday, May 17 in downtown Owensboro and there are some big changes planned. The first, the RiverPark Center, will once again host a Friday After 5 stage on the patio. Secondly, this year’s season has been shortened from 16 weeks to an action-packed 12-week run. Kidd G will be part of it.

All Friday After 5 events and concerts are FREE to the public and the Kidd G concert will be no different. He will take to the Romain Cadillac Stage on Friday, July 19 at 8:30 PM. Because Friday After 5 expects a huge crowd for the concert, the Owensboro Convention Center is moving it from the pier to the front lawn.

Kidd G is playing in Owensboro just a few weeks after taking the stage in Nashville at the CMA Music Festival.

Kidd G became an internet sensation in 2020 when he started releasing music on SoundCloud and TikTok at the age of seventeen.

Today, Kidd G is a full-fledged TikTok sensation with over a million followers. Fans here in western Kentucky and southern Indiana will have a chance to see it for free in July.
