The hip-hop mogul has kept a low profile amid his ongoing legal drama, but stepped out for a stroll while Justin took a call at their Star Island mansion in Miami Beach. The Bad Boy founder wore an all-black outfit, including a black T-shirt, shorts, sneakers and a fitted baseball cap. His son was also dressed casually, wearing a white T-shirt and a black sweater. It has been some time since they have been seen in public.

Recently, Diddy was also seen talking on the phone outside his Miami mansion and on another occasion he was spotted on the streets of Miami during a bike ride.

The music producer and his family had a rocky start to 2024. The mogul’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided by Homeland Security by investigators and other law enforcement officers on March 25 as part of an ongoing investigation into human and sex trafficking.

Armored vehicles arrived at Diddy’s home and transported heavily armed officers who entered and looted his home. The officers handcuffed Justin and his younger brother Christian “King” Combs. Before he was detained by federal agents, Justin was named in a sex trafficking lawsuit against his father. However, they were not arrested.

Diddy’s lawyer, Aaron Dyer, shared a statement with The Mirror, saying: “Yesterday there was a gross, military-level overuse of force when search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residence. There is no excuse for the excessive display of violence and hostility shown by the authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.”

“This unprecedented ambush – combined with a sophisticated, coordinated media presence – is leading to a premature rush to judgment against Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on baseless allegations in civil lawsuits,” he added. “No criminal or civil liability has been established for any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every day to clear his name.”

Last week, Diddy filed a motion to dismiss some claims made in a sexual abuse lawsuit filed against him in late April. The lawsuit, originally filed by Joi Dickerson-Neal, accuses the rapper of drugging her during a dinner and engaging in revenge porn.

However, a motion filed by Diddy’s attorney states that there are certain parts of her allegations that he cannot be prosecuted for because the laws cited did not exist at the time, according to legal documents obtained by The Mirror. Diddy has publicly denied any wrongdoing.

Joi’s case is just one of a series of other allegations against the rapper. It all started when his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra Ventura, who goes by Cassie, accused Diddy of rape and sexual abuse. Cassie filed a civil suit in Manhattan Federal District Court against the producer in November 2023, alleging that he raped her and continuously abused her for years. The couple settled the lawsuit a day after it was filed.

Diddy has since strongly denied the allegations. His team has also firmly denied all allegations.
