Angela Rost joins NDSU Extension in Stutsman County – Jamestown Sun

JAMESTOWN – Angela Rost has joined North Dakota State University Extension as a 4-H assistant in Stutsman County.
In this role, she will assist with local 4-H events, recruit judges and coordinate county fair events. Rost’s previous experience promoting and advocating for 4-H will help increase awareness of its benefits to youth development.

“I am excited to be back in a role that revolves around agriculture and youth leadership,” said Rost. “I am enthusiastic about helping young people discover their interests and talents.”

Rost graduated from NDSU with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural communications and interned with the National FFA Organization. She also taught agricultural education and served as an FFA advisor for the Edgeley-Kulm School District.

“Angela is a dedicated educator with a passion for agriculture and youth education,” said Ashley Wolff, NDSU Extension Agriculture and Natural Resources Agent. “She has developed invaluable skills and leadership qualities through active participation in these organizations.”

Rost grew up on a farm near Napoleon, North Dakota.
