The Scuderia Ferrari teammates unveiled the Miami livery of the Ferrari SF-24 car in the pit lane ahead of this weekend’s race Formula 1 Crypto.co Miami Grand Prix 2024.

In addition to Frederickwhich they also posed with Antonio Lucio from HP, their new title sponsor, hence the new blue color!

“We had some say (with the color scheme), I like the softer blue because it’s one of my favorite colors. But I love the kit, all blue, a bit retro – it looks so cool! It’s a bit strange to look at yourself in the mirror without red.” Karel shared about the new color scheme.

“Happy to race in this historic color for Ferrari, and I really like my helmet too. Hopefully (this track) will be a bit better, I’m a bit more optimistic for this year,” Carlos said.

Karel And Carlos they were also seen throwing a football around with some of their fellow F1 drivers.

Before the race this weekend, Karel also opened up about their team’s progress so far this year.

“I think we have gone through a very good moment for the team – we are in a good spiral. Fred always told me what his medium to long term vision for the team was. I shared with him what I thought was the right thing too,” he told the press.

“It’s going very, very well, I’m very happy with how things are going,” Karel continued. “I think we are in a good place to attract the best people in the world. I’ve already said it though, but we’re already a very, very good team. In the last seven to eight months we have made incredible progress.”

This weekend’s race schedule officially begins on Friday (May 3), with Practice 1 at 12:30 PM ET, followed by Sprint Qualifying at 4:30 PM ET.

The sprint race will take place on Saturday at 12:00 PM ET with race qualifying later that day at 4:00 PM ET.

The Grand Prix of Miami then begins on Sunday (May 5) at 4:00 PM ET.
